This way you will have peace of mind knowing that your penpal's travel preparations are truly taking place. Examples of such meetings could be:
Arranging the meeting In order to arrange such a meeting, please contact us at office@russian-detective.com, and headline your email as "Moscow location verification." We will send you a response within a few hours, giving you the precise directions to procced. You will need to ask your penpal to cooperate with this process. All your penpal will need to do is to provide us with an exact date, time, and location (the name of the airport, or a specific address for all other locations) of the meeting, and we will find someone to arrange the necessary meeting. Note: all meetings should be scheduled 48 hours in advance. Before the meeting takes place, you will need to make a payment of $120, either online or through any other payment method of your choice. Because of the time-sensitive nature of this service, online payments are usually utilized. You will need to send us a photo of your penpal prior to the meeting.
Costs and conditions of service The cost of the service is $120, and the service will include:
If the meeting is taking place at the airport, your penpal should provide a very specific location in the airport where the meeting will take place (for example: Cafe-bar Karavan located on the 1st floor, between the Newspaper Express kiosk and the Perfume World shop). If the meeting is taking place in a hospital, your penpal needs to provide the name and address of the hospital, the hospital unit, the floor on which the unit is located, and his/her room number in that hospital. Once the meeting arrangement is confirmed by our agent, you will be given the agent's cell phone number, which you can then forward to your penpal. Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds. The meetings can be re-scheduled at your penpal's request. It can also be cancelled prior to the meeting for a full refund if the cancellation is done within 12 hours prior to the meeting. If your penpal is absent during the scheduled meeting time, our agent will wait for exactly 1 hour before leaving (to allow sufficient time for any delay that might be the reason for your penpal's absence). After 1 hour, the agent will make pictures of the location where the meeting was supposed to take place and leave. Once the agent travels to the location, the meeting cannot be re-scheduled without an additional $120 fee.
