LOCATING BIOLOGICAL PARENTS / SIBLINGS IN RUSSIA, UKRAINE

If you would like to locate biological parents of children adopted from Russian or Ukrainian orphanages, we may be able to help you with your search.

Here is the list of services we may be able to offer (not all of those services are available in 100% of the cases):

• locating records of current registered address of the biological parent (if alive) 

• obtaining a picture of the biological parent(s)

• obtaining a picture of the street and house where the biological parent(s) lives

• obtaining information about the employment status of the biological parent(s)

• obtaining criminal records of the biological parent(s)

• obtaining medical / substance abuse records of the biological parent(s)

• obtaining information about other known children of the biological parent(s)

• obtaining marital history of the biological parent(s)
