She contacted me, that should have been a big tip off, but I was foolish.
Everything started off pretty normal. I had been corresponding with woman form the Philippines (she had also contacted me, but it was through yahoo IM) and did not think anything about being contacted by foreigners. I was very hesitant to send emails to “Maria” as I did not want to get involved in another extra long distance romance. So I did not respond right away. Then when I did I back off for a while, not sure what I was getting into. I was sent many pictures, all of the same person, some younger, and one that was the first red flag. It was the ‘special picture’ to me. I read on your site and knew that girls would not give out pictures like this to someone they have not talked to all that long.
Well after my mind was made up that this was a scam I decided to just make sure and test this person. I send another email under as different address (luckily I can create up to 7 email accounts) and sent it out using the name Bow Shai well I got the same email I got form the first correspondence but the name was changed to Shai, not Bow and that is hope I finally convinced myself that this was a scam.
By the way I did send money, like a fool, but luckily it was only $200.00 and it was a small price compared to what other have been bilked for.
As you say and one day people will listen DON’T SEND MONEY FOR ANYTHNG!!!!

I get up at 6.30 when I should go for a work.

The least letter is the letter that showed at least to me that this was a scam. I sent this from another emial account with the name Bow Shai and this was the response. The picture labeled Untitled-444.JPG was attached. I sent this letter from the account we had been corresponding on with this as a closing:
