Hello.
Apparently I have been contacted by a scammer. I received a message on Yahoo Personals regarding a new
contact from a girl - Olya, or Olga. Her email is olyashab@yandex.ru.
I currently have only received 2 letters, below is the first. Being quite familiar with russia and have visited there before, I decided to search on her
place of work, which of course doesn't exist. Instead I found links to scam alert sites such as russian-detective.
I found the letters she sent me were exactly the same as she sent the others! Fairly suspicious. The only difference being the
recipients name inserted at various spots in the letter. Also it seems she makes sublte changes such as
date of birth or relatives names. Although I asked if her name was Olya or Olga, and she actually added a response at the
end of the second letter to make it seem a little more real I guess.
Oh well. Just wanted to send the info so others may be informed.
