Some words about me: I have finished medical University. I am 24 and when I reflect that I one and have no the family to me it happens very alone and my mood becomes bad. I live Nizhni Novgorod city. I love my city very strongly, but I do not want to live here all my life.

I think, that each person, should though hardly hardly to behave in the good form. Therefore I go 2 times to a week, to be engaged in fitness. Besides I every morning run 30 minutes in park. It allows to clear breath and to strengthen heart though at me with heart is not present what problems. So for the sake of preventive maintenance. Fairly to admit I love trips on the nature, any kinds of rest on the nature. Cities became polluted and in city practically there are no places where it is possible to breathe fresh air.
