Scammers name: (first) Elena (last) Truhina (middle) Vladimirovna (no other known names); (no known address); (no known phone number); e-mail addresses: 83isel@abs-sa.com and  elena-personal@yandex.ru  DOB: 10 November 1977 The following e-mail letters are attached: Letter #1 sent on 12/14/05; Letter #2 sent on 12/16/05; Letter #3 sent on 12/17/05; Letter #4 sent on 12/19/05; Letter #5 sent on 12/20/05; Photos (including photo of her visa in Letter #5) are attached to the individual e-mail letters. Elena introduced herself by stating that she got my name from the internet and decided to write to me, giving me her name, age & that she lived in Russia. She states that she had started the process of obtaining a visa for travel to the US several months ago. Interesting/unusual aspects of her letters include the fact that in the first letter she stated that she was on a very fast track to get to the US and sent a photo of a very attractive woman. The second letter included a change of e-mail address and three new photos that looked almost to be of completely different girls. The third letter had another photo that did appear to match one in the second letter. The fourth letter talks of her "difficult day" and introduces the request for money. After I responded that I could not send any money, she sent the fifth letter, in which she has reduced the amount of money she is requesting. Her reason to ask for money was for airfare to the US because she unexpectantly had to pay for travel insurance. She noted that the embassy told her that it was necessary to insure (guarantee) her travel, and then the insurance company could bear the full responsibility for her while she was in the US. This, of course, cost her the money she had set aside to purchase her plane ticket. At this time, I have not contacted any authorities. Thank you for providing this service. How are you? I have found your e-mail in internet and decided to write
to you. My name is Elena. I am 28 years old. Live in Russia. Several
months ago I started process of registration of the visa to travel to
the USA. Now my visa is made practically and in 2-4 days I can travel
in the USA. I have received holiday from work till January, 16 and now
I have a free time. I can take trip to some countries, but as the visa
to visiting the USA already practically in my hands I prefer to take
trip to the USA. It is interesting to me look what life there.
Now I am in Moscow and I wait reception of the visa. I could fly in
the USA in some days, but there is a problem which stops me. I planned
to fly in the USA together with my girlfriend, but unfortunately her
plans for trip in USA have changed and now I do not know what to do. A
problem in that I cannot fly in the USA because I know nobody in your
country. I cannot fly to the country where I know nobody and
consequently I have decided to write to you the letter. Possible it
will be sounds silly but if you are interested a meeting with the nice
woman, I shall like to meet you sometime soon! 
I never got acquainted through the Internet before but as my
girlfriend cannot go in the USA together with me I decided to find the
man which is interested in a meeting with the girl from Russia. I do
not know your ideas about my letter, but it would be fine if we could
meet and have some weeks together. On my trip I want to receive rest
from my work and a life in Russia.
Also the basic purpose for the future is search correct men for
serious attitudes which go to a marriage. I have no children, but I
want to have children in the future. I am mature woman and I am ready
to creation family with correct man.
I am cheerful woman, for an entertainment like to do many things as
sports meets, a camping, go to the cinema, theatre etc. In a word I
like to do all that all people. I work in marketing structure on sale
of cosmetics Oriflame. I have good life here. I am not the rich woman,
but can provide myself. I like to travel. I travelled in many
countries. Never was in the USA, but I think that this good place to
live and be happy. I know the English language well enough. I began to
study professional English language several months ago and I do
successes every day. 
I do not know what you really search in the future but if we could
meet I shall be happy to discuss with you more about our meeting.
Please, write what your purposes and plans for the future? What you
search in a life? What are you going to do this winter? It would be
fine if we could meet, do friendship or more than simply friendship. I
shall be happy if you also have a free time and we could meet soon. I
do not know your interests, but anyhow write to me back and I shall
tell to you more about myself. Write to me all what you want. Probably
we have similar plans and the purposes for the future and it will be
interesting to us together.

December, 19 I shall receive the visa. After reception of the visa
I can fly to the USA. I cannot fly to the USA because I know nobody
there but if we shall decide to meet what date of a meeting will be
more convenient? 
I wish to tell that if we shall decide to meet, I can already fly to
you on December, 19-20. I shall like to meet you and see your
country! I have money for purchase of the ticket and a few additional
money for hotel. If we shall decide to meet, please inform how many
cost hotel there? I can fly to the USA approximately for 2 months, but
I cannot remain in your country so long because I have no enough
money. I think that the USA has the high prices. I think that with my
money I can pay for hotel 7-10 days but if you could find the place
for me, that I can remain with you approximately for 2 months. On
December, 19 I shall receive the visa and I can fly to the USA, but
I shall fly to the USA only if you also want my arrival. We still have
not enough time and it is necessary to make a decision about meetings
more quickly because it will be very convenient if I shall fly to the
USA instantly after reception of the visa. If you also want my
arrival, please the answer to some questions:

1) How many cost a not expensive hotel there?
2) On December, 19-20 it is good dates of our meeting?
3) Where there is the nearest airport from your house? 
4) I can remain in the USA for 7-10 days but if you can find a place
for me I can longer remain. Please inform if you can find a cheap
place for me.
5) I can buy the ticket in 2 ends, but for purchase of the ticket I
should know date of return flight. If we shall decide to meet, please
inform me how many time you want that we remained together?

The visa is valid during of 3 months, and I shall be happy to remain
with you within 2 months a maximum if you want. I shall buy the ticket
of the plane with adjustable date of returning from the USA up to
Russia, and it am very convenient because I can change date of return
flight at any time. I can freely move on territory of the USA and if
we shall decide to undertake walk far from city I shall be happy to go
everywhere where you will take me. For me it is interesting to look
beautiful places of your country. The USA and Russia has many
distinctions. I think, that I shall be under constant impression as
the small child. :) I the sociable woman with easy character and
sights at lives. I love the noisy companies, but also and I like to be
on the nature or romantic conditions. I think that you have many
beautiful places there. After reception of the visa I shall buy the
ticket of the plane. When I shall have the ticket of the plane I shall

Today I had difficult day. I received the visa today, but at reception
of the visa there were some difficulties. When I have come to embassy
the ambassador asked the many questions. He has asked a question on
that who will bear the responsibility about me when I shall be in the
USA. I informed to him that I can take care of myself itself. He has
told that knowledge of English language it insufficiently to be in
safety. The ambassador informed me that I should have relatives or the
guarantor to fly in the USA. I informed the ambassador that I have no
relatives living on territory the USA. I have told to the ambassador
about our correspondence with you, but he has told to me, that we
should be familiar long time that you could take the responsibility
for me and informed that it will not work. The ambassador has found a
way out of this situation and informed me that the guarantor for me
can be the insurance agency. He has told, that in my situation it is
necessary to insure my travel and then the insurance company will bear
the full responsibility for me in territory the USA. It was a unique
way to receive the visa and I went in insurance agency. After I have
insured my travel I went in embassy and the ambassador have given visa
to me. Reception of the visa is really difficult process. It takes
many the efforts and money. I had money for purchase of the ticket of
the plane and additional 300 $ for residing at the USA, but the
insurance document costs 820 $. I could receive the visa, but now
there are difficulties in that that now I have no enough of money for
purchase of the ticket of the plane. It is a pity to me to inform, but
