Hi, My name was on Yahoopersonals and I was in contact with this person since early October when she wrote to me. She has since asked me for $1500, and sent me a visa where she later sent another urgent request via email that she was unable to get through customs because she required $1000.00 USD to make the trip to Sacramento where she had written that she was already registered on a nonexistent flight #101 arriving into SMF Sacramento International on December 15, 2005 at 7:40 pacific standard time. She exclaimed that she was not aware of a law that required tourists to have a minimum of $1000.00. She went on to say that the customs officials would not assist her and the she was in fear of her life. She added that she would loose all her money she spent on the airline tickets and that she would not have enough money for food or lodging, that this was the ultimate test of our friendship and that she was in tears having to ask me for more help.
Sadly I found out that ( but not before I helped her with a little financial assistance) AeroFlot, the Russian airline, does not land in Sacramento and that she was not heading to San Francisco either, which may have seemed plausible, but rather that flight 101 would take her to Warsaw. I don't know what disgusted me more, the fact that I rearranged my Christmas plans and had postponed having my best friend flying in to visit me and make accommodations to meet her in a Limousine and have a nice place to stay and see the United States. I've had friends from Germany and Denmark,Sweden and other places come to the United States when I was in college and wanted to make her trip most memorable. I was in the process of buying a transitional living home from a man I have befriended who speaks Russian and had the belief that there were truly nice Russian women who were not trying anything other than to lead a better life.
This lady knew both my parents were deceased and I can't help but feel angry that she uses this as a tool to get other people to be sympathetic.
I would like to close her operation down. She should be avoided "blacklisted" and definitely prosecuted for criminal activities. She has defamed Russian customs officials and she is portraying herself to be an employee of a Russian government facility and has an alias.
Here is a direct quote that is identical to letters which I will attach of our correspondence.
"It is a pity, that I cannot write to you more often - I am very much busy on work every day. And if the boss will see, that I have correspondence with the citizen of America, using the service Internet, I will be indicted in larceny. The Internet in the personal purposes here
is not supposed! In that case I will be discharged from my job". Her job is at a tank armory.

Hi my XXXXXXX!
Now I in the Internetcafe. I for a long time searched for the Internet cafe
and to my big pleasure my search finished a successful. I have arrived to
Moscow and at once from railway station have gone to the airport. I have
decided to have registration at once to not worry tomorrow. I have gone to a
department of registration of tickets and the control of luggage. I have paid
money for my visa. My ticket we have bought together with you. They
already has my full name on there passenger list,
they had my ticket at the check in desk. I've thought that, I will need to
present only my Visa. But it was insufficiently for our meeting. And I have
one trouble now. The customs officer from Airport Customs Service has told
me, that I should have extra money(not less than 1000 USD) to get to USA. I
have answered, that I haven't extra money, and it was the truth: when I've
left my home I've had American visa, air-ticket up to Sacramento, the
train-ticket and a little money(about 500 Russian rubles for a meal and other
charges) They have explained me that extra money is necessary to convince the
American Government, that I'm a decent or right girl, and when I will get on
the American territory, I shall not become the tramp or the prostitute, and
that I should have money for the hotel as any tourist. I have told them, that
I really am tourist and I have shown them my tourist visa. But the customs
officer has smiled and has told me that he never saw tourists without money.
These words have offended me very strongly. I have told them, that in
Sacramento I will be met by my beloved man, and that I fly directly to him. I
wanted to give them your phone number, but they have refused call to you.
Unfortunately your phone number and address was for them not too convincing
argument. He has demanded from me to show him at least 1000 American Dollars.
And I have answered, that I have no such money. I was confused. I for a long
time swore at them. I am sick with worry after this morning. I feel very
helpless since you are so far away. I do not know what to do. As you know I
do not have the funds that I need, and I don't know what to do. The thought
of I am here, so close to what we have both hoped for and waited for. Why do

Today in the morning I have communicated with firm from American
consulate where make passports and visas. The woman from a passport
department which handed over to me my visa, has congratulated me on this
event and she has told to me that I are super lucky lady. (I send you scan
my visa). Then I had move in Aeroflot booking office. I asked them how I can
reach Sacramento and how much it costs. They answered me to take due to
the best flights from Moscow on to Sacramento and back through two months
the ticket costs $ 1099.15 USD. This is Flight and times the best and cheaper
for me from Moscow to Sacramento and back to Moscow.

I asked them to reserve a ticket. In this moment, I had $ 499 USD in my
