Dear Sirs.
I want to report a Russian woman scammer of 4 years back in year 2000 by the name of Ludmila Modezain of
St. Petersburg.
She tried to manipulate me in sending her money for passage here to the USA to meet me here, with
deceitfully kind love.
She even got me to believe that she would marry me here in America, but later on dropped out of site.
I believe that it is because she could not get any money as she wanted right away after sending me all of
her attractive and luring photos.
I hope that you apprehend this past scammer person.
