REPORTING A POSSIBLE SCAMMER

What means "possible scammer"? It means that it is difficult to say for sure say for sure if the girl is a scammer or not. Sometimes the girl herself is not a scammer but the dishonest agency you use trying to manipulate her letters in such way, that is most profitable for the agency, and the girl is just a puppet in the agency's dirty games.  Sometimes girl will ask for money for Internet or to support her writing to you and that is not a good enough indication of scammer yet. Do not hurry with your conclusions and if you are unsure, submit your story to the Possible Scammer list. If we will receive more than two reports on one girl, we will add her to the Scammer Black List list automatically. 

All reports much have supporting documentation (suspected scammer's letters &  pictures). Please keep them! Do not delete scammer's letters and pictures from your computer until we published your report. 

Since I no longer can attend to the suspected scammers' list on a full time basis, you will have to do alot of publishing yourself. For that you upload the suspected scammer's info and letters yourself here. If you can, upload the pictures too (you need to be a bit computer savvy to do that, though). When I am ready to upload my black list, I will send you an email, and I will also ask you to send me the suspected scammer's pictures. After I receive the pictures, I will transfer everything from the forum onto my Suspected Scammers List. It is much faster and easier for me, and this way I can still keep the list going working on it part-time.

Here how you do it:

• Make sure that you are trying to upload a report on a suspected scammer, not a confirmed scammer. Confirmed scammer are reported differently. If you are sure, then proceed.

• Go http://russiandetective.forumup.org/viewforum.php?f=5&mforum=russiandetective

• Click Register link on the top of the screen.

• Create a login and password. Write down both!!!

• Login into the forum http://russiandetective.forumup.org/viewforum.php?f=5&mforum=russiandetective

• Click "New Topic" button

• In the subject line, type in suspected scammer's name and city where she/he is from.

• In the message body, type in the following: her full name, city she is from, her email address, her date of birth (or age), how she contacted you, and why do you think she could be a scammer.

• If you can, upload the pictures or post links to her pictures (if you can't, don't worry about it). Attention: ONLY .jpg files are acceptable.

• Post all her letters you received from her. If you want to, you can delete your name from the letters.

• Click "Preview" to make sure your report looks like you want it to look

• Click 'Submit" button to upload your report onto the forum.

Additional suggestions:

• when creating your login and password, write them down

• if you already see girl reported on our black list, upload her to the Scammer section

• if you can google her letters, it would be great. Tell about the results in your report.

• you can use a Send a Private Message button on the forum to send me a private message if you wish, but please do it only when absolutely necessary, my mailbox there is not very big.

Please note:

• I reserve the right to move your report to Confirmed Scammers section if I feel that there enough evidence confirming that she/he is indeed a scammer.

• Do not upload .bmp files, I will delete them, they take too long to load.
