To report a dishonest agency, please send us an e-mail with as much information about the agency as possible. The e-mail address is office@russian-detective.com 

Here are some general guidelines for writing your report:

Information about agency:

1. Name

2. Web site address

3. Address (if you know) [Street Address] [City] [Country] [Zip]

4. Contact phone number (if you know)

5. Contact e-mail address

6. Principal's names (if you know)

7. Their prices range

8. Services offered by this agency

Information about your problems with this agency:

1. Introduce yourself by any name you would like (this name will be published on the site)

2. How did you find this agency (search, recommendation, ad)

3. Which of their services did you used and for how long?

4. What problem did you have with this agency?

5. Did you complained to them and how many times?

6. What was the agency's respond to your complaints?

Your personal information (will not be published except for the first name):

1. Your name [first] [last]

2. Your e-mail address

3. Your phone number (optional)

On the subject line of your e-mail specify: "Dishonest Agency Alert" and the name of the agency you would like to report on the same line (like, "Dishonest Agency Alert: "Your And Only"

If you can please attach your e-mails to the agency and their reply letters.

MAKE SURE THAT THE ACTUAL "BODY" OF YOUR REPORT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY INFORMATION YOU WOULD NOT LIKE TO BE REVEALED. 

If you have any special instructions for publishing your report (ex. "Please remove the names "Ron" and "Chicago" from all letters"), please specify them. It is always a good practice to remove any such information yourself, before sending us the report.

Each submitted report will be viewed before publishing. Please send your report even if you already see that the agency in on our list already.
